Our Story

Founded in 2014 by a group of passionate farmers who set out to rebuild soil health, improve the natural environment and ecosystem.

Understanding these pressures, the founders identified a better way.

Years of tried and tested world leading soil science methodology was then captured in a best practice Standard, giving Australian growers access to a framework that sits at the leading edge of sustainable management.

Certified Sustainable was built from the ground up.

Our robust certification has now expanded to include growers, makers, and providers, validating and verifying their sustainable practices and outcomes.

With our way of life under serious threat, Certified Sustainable works with nature by optimising the conditions it needs to flourish.

Our certification is available to all businesses and communities so that everyone can participate, take action, and measure outcomes to ensure that the impact on our world is a positive one.
